Can't Acitvate my app, and no access to internet

Hi There, 

I activated my Sim card today, but i can't create an account or use the internet. The 4G/G is flashing and can't access internet.

How i know that my Sim card activated? I followed the insctructions and my old Sim card has been blocked, also i can call from Hey Sim card no issues with that. 

I really need this to be fixed today or at least tomorrow. 
The Chat is too slow to answer and sometime no one answer !!!
