I sent email to hello@heytelecom.be and support@heytelecom.be to request cancelling my internet but no response. May I know where to cancel my home internet? The internet really sucks here.

Do you want to change to another provider ? if the answer is yes, your new provider will cancel your current internet with Hey.
These mail adres are perhaps not valid, you can contact them via messenger on FB or on the hey website with chat
